Brad and Sarah Sullivan own and operate Blingle! in Northwest Minneapolis. As a residential and commercial lighting company specializing in holiday, landscaping, event, and permanent lighting, their mission is to bring quality lighting everywhere you live and work and do it better than anyone else. Brad and Sarah have a combined 40 years of experience in education, business operations, and customer service. Brad’s 20-year career includes a sterling satisfaction rating from customers and a long history of developing and mentoring others. With their combined knowledge and experience, they are excited to give you an exceptional experience as well as the highest quality lighting services. Brad and Sarah have been a part of the Maple Grove, Osseo and Brooklyn Park Community for 12 years and love it because of the schools, teachers, coaches, neighbors and how everyone lends a helping hand when needed. They enjoy the four seasons and how they bring the community together. Away from work you can find them spending time with their children at sporting events, going to Elm Creek Park, or sledding and tubing. They also stay busy playing, pickle ball, gardening, or enjoying some fishing.

Eddie Castro

Design & Install Manager
Eddie moved to MN from El Salvador when he was 13 years old and has called the Twin Cities home ever since. He has spent over 10 years in communications and marketing servicing both B2C and B2B customers. Eddie understands how important the customer experience is and is excited to help families and businesses alike light up their worlds! Eddie has 2 beautiful children that keep him busy while he's not at work. Both family and community are very important to him. When Eddie isn't working or with his family you'll likely find him on a golf course perfecting his short game.

Keith Hug

Blingle Of Twin Cities North Team
Keith Hug owns and operates Blingle! in the Twin Cities. He and his family moved to Roseville in 1997 and it’s been their home ever since. They love the area and community, and now Keith is excited to bring the superior lighting solutions of Blingle! to his friends and neighbors. Professionally, Keith enjoys building and transforming organizations, having spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles within the home improvement, e-commerce, medical device and financial services industries. Keith has a B.S. in Sociology from Northern Michigan University, and a M.S. in Industrial Relations from the Quinlan School of Business at the Loyola University of Chicago. Keith has spent the past decade on multiple non-profit boards in the arts and social services, He currently serves on the board of People Serving People, the largest and most comprehensive emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Minnesota. When not at work or serving in his community, Keith enjoys the outdoors – running, cycling, kayaking, and camping. He makes the most of the extensive paved trail network in Roseville and greater Minneapolis St. Paul area.

Austin Krohn

Lighting Designer
Austin Krohn is a Lighting Designer who works for Blingle! Twin Cities North to create premier lighting solutions. Austin is passionate about working with people, learning their vision, and making their spaces come to life. He has a degree in Marketing and Design as well as a background in landscaping. Outside of work, Austin enjoys traveling, soccer, and spending time outside.
