- How much should I expect to spend?
  
  On all our jobs, we provide you with a comprehensive quote factoring in everything needed to make your lighting vision come to life. Projects range in price greatly depending on the project's size, complexity, and scope. Our designers will work with you to best align your vision and budget to ensure you and your pocketbook are ecstatic with the outcome.
- How long does a typical holiday light installation take?
  
  Although installation time varies according to the size of the project, many of our installations are completed in as little as a few hours.
- Can I rent Christmas lights from you and do the installation myself?
  
  For liability and safety reasons, we do not offer Christmas light rental for installation by the homeowner. All installations must be completed by our experienced team.
- How long will my holiday lights remain on my house?
  
  We typically begin the process of removing lights in early January; however, you are always welcome to extend your rental timeframe. Simply discuss your desire for an extended rental time period during your consultation, and your designer will be happy to incorporate it into your estimate.
- Can I supply my own lights?
  
  In order to ensure consistency and quality, we only install Blingle! approved lighting products. We use only the safest, highest quality, commercial grade products to back our Lights Twice As Bright promise and No Lights Out Guarantee.
- What is the Life Expectancy of a Permanent Track Lighting System?
  
  A Permanent Track Lighting system uses the most cutting-edge LED technology available, allowing for a life expectancy of 50,000 hours. With average usage being 6 hours a day, the system is rated to last around 23 years!
- How long will the LED Bulbs used in Landscape Lighting last?
  
  Modern low voltage LED technology has a fantastic lifespan. While every product is different, nearly all of the products we use in landscape lighting have an expected lifespan of two decades or more.
- Is the Permanent Track Lighting System Waterproof?
  
  All of our permanent track lighting is waterproof and is at least IP67 rated, meaning it can be fully submerged in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. We even have an IP68 option available for under-dock and similar applications
- Will I meet with my personal Event Lighting Designer in-person or is this done remotely?
  
  We want to make sure we make the best use of your event space and have the proper equipment to do so. Our team will request to meet with you and your coordinator at your venue to confirm the number of power outlets, calculate the parameters, and highlight high-traffic areas. Each event is unique, and our packages are designed to meet our customers' vision.
